I received the Neuros 442 unit, but the SW installation CD was broken. Via e-mail, Neuros support told me I could download all of the SW from their support link. Unfortunately, all I could find there was the update for the 442.

Where can I find the ULEAD Video Toolbox download?

If it is not downloadable, can Neuros e-mail me the SW?

If this is not possible, can Neuros mail me a new installation CD to my address in Europe?
