Forgive me for asking the obvious, but when you say you checked the time and date, do you mean for the program, or the device's internal clock? You have to do both, obviously. I know this is really basic, but since the Neuros doesn't give you any warning if its clock isn't set, it might be worth checking.
You will also probably have to set the clock again if you unplug the Neuros at any point... it doesn't crash often, but if it does, you can reset it without losing the clock by switching it to "card reader" mode and then switching it back. |
