I recently got my NeurosII back from being serviced. I believe they gave me a different unit alltogether. For some reason when I go into "Neuros Audio", and then into "Albums," I no longer have a choice of searching all albums, or albums by artist. I thought this was a firmware update, and I did run the most current, but I still do not have this feature. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

what version of firmware do you have? I would suggest taking off the faceplate and putting it back on. Then reformatting the nand. directions for this can be found by searching the forums.
let me know what happens, Derek
When I was a kid my mom used to tell me that curiosity killed the cat...What she forgot to tell me was that it also discovered the cat, invented the lightbulb, and forged the Neuros |

Did you by any chance reinstall the synch software? You need a new enough version to support album by artist as that info has to be in the database.
