4 months or so ago, I sent my Neuros in for problems with the right audio channel. Now today I get it back, and after 10 minutes of using it, the left audio channel is broken. That rather pisses me off.

We received your unit in mid December and it was inspected in mid January. Upon testing of your headphone jack, I decied to resolder it to fix any prolems you might have been experiencing. Once I was done I tested the unit with 2 pairs of headphones and everything seemed fine. Are you sure it is not your headphones which are broken? Is the jack on the end of your headphone all the way in? Sometimes if the jack isn't firmly in place you will only get one channel of audio.
