Anyone know if it is possible to use internal microphone and convert over for hisi to search. While in the car I do not have time to put the headphones, etc so I was wondering if hitting the HISI button twice and record for 30secs or longer if I am able to send to HISI file with NSM. Anyone know??

You can check any file you wish with HiSi by dragging the file to the NSM window while HiSi is selected. Your mic or FM recordings are usually stored in my documents in a folder called Neuros. Post if you need more info.

Your reply actually confuses me... it depends if you are talking about HiSi for Mic and/or FM ... running HiSi for line in, Mic, or FM is a 30sec clip and is the same as it's longer counterpart. I hope that makes sense.

if you just press the hisi button once while not listening to radio, with headphones plugged in or whatever, you get a 30 sec recording from the mic, if you press it TWICE (or doubleclick however you prefer) then you are recording with an endless time, till you stop.
The first one is automatically set for hisi (this option can be turned on and off to be done at sync IIRC) the second one isn't, so only the second kind would need to be drag/droped over to the hisi folder.
