How do I load DVD's to the 442? Can it be done via computer or do you play the DVD and output the analog video signal? Computer file transfer would sure be more efficient.

Of course it can! You would need a program on you computer to do it. I'm not quit sure if the software that came with it is able to do it. You would need a DVD ripper program. That would do it. I know DR. Divx would be able to though. But there are plenty of programs that you could use, just search for them.

First thing first, back up DVDs you own only. Secondly, if you want to do so, copy the analog signal, this way you don not break any encryption. Many DVDs have an encryption you have to break to get to the digital file, and that is illegal. You have DVDs without encryption, but they are not the majority.
