| As with many others, USB 2 isn't recognized by Win XP Home. I followed instructions on other's pages: Reformat NAND, reinstall NSM, install NDBM, reformat HD, etc. to no avail. USB 1 seems to work fine. What is the next step? |

When you plug your unit in with the USB2.0 connection, if you look under My Computer there is no mention of a hard drive other then C: ? Are you plugging the cable into a USB2.0 slot on your computer and not a USB1.1?

| It is connected via USB 2.0. No mention of other drives, although it used to work properly. The problem started after the Neuros did a strange thing: I tried to start it up once, and the "busy" light just kept on blinking. It wouldn't stop, so I hit "up" an "play" to shut it down. Started again, and it turned on with no files on the system. Then no USB 2.0 synch. Sorry for not elaborating before. Thanks in advance. |
