To qualify for the Neuros OSD discount, please do the following:
- Go to https://store.neurostechnology.com/create_account.php and create a new account with your email address.
- Fill out and submit the form below. Be sure to use the same email address you used when creating an account in step 1 above, else we will not be able to match you!
After we have processed your request, you will be emailed when the registration has become active and you may purchase your Neuros OSD with your employee discount.
