Noob-city question, but how does one load an alternative firmware to the NII? I'm particularly interested in the gapless playback firmware discussed here: http://forums.neurostechnology.com/smf/index.php?topic=7351.0.

No idea how to load it though. Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but I'd rather look dumb than brick my unit. Thanks!

Found it after a couple more rounds of googling, though it wasn't super easy to dig up. Guess this isn't a device for the average user. Still: huhrah for gapless ogg  playback!

I don't know why it took that long...  The instructions are the same as for the official firmware.
