I recently upgraded to the 144 level firmware. Immediately after that I have been experiencing a problem with finalizing recordings. In setup I have defined the default as tv, length 31 minutes, going to my USB. I have over 100GB free on the USB. When I let the OSD record for over 30 minutes (say 30:20) I have a good shot at it NOT finishing the finalizing phase. It just runs and runs. Same if I just let the timer runout at 31 minutes instead of hitting the back button and answering YES to finalize. If I keep it under a minute of the defined time (say 28:00) I seem to be ok. I have recorded several hundred 30 minutes shows prior at level 100 and no problem like this. Only way to break out is to recycle the OSD unit.

You can replicate the issue every time?
I can't reproduced the issue follow your steps.

I can not replicate it every time but I would say it is happening 1 out of 4 or 5 times that it locks up.
