You have several recording quality you can set up for a recording: QVGA and WQVGA for playback on a Handheld, you can record 143 minutes to 250 minutes (for Normal and Economy Settings respectively on a 1GB card) For playback on a TV, use the VGA with Fine and Superfine Quality ( 111 minutes and 60 minutes of recording respectively on a 1GB card). If your video source is "clean", like a DVD, the quality will be nice, better than VHS. If you record form a source that is "noisy" quality will be lower, but still nice enough to watch on a TV. Go over our review page, some reviewers posted clips of videos with the different settings. The physical connection is always via the 3 phono cables (composite video + stereo audio). FWIW, I highly recommend getting some ferrite cores for the cables - really helped me to reduce noise on the recorded video. Hope this helps, Chris Title: Re: I have a few questions before I buy this Post by: darkhunter on April 11, 2006, 09:18:16 AM Ok thanks and is the audio good ? And can you hook it into a gamming console like the Xbox 360 or PS2 ? And record while you play ?
