Title: Faulty 442 Post by: HellzCasket(at)MSN.com on July 06, 2006, 01:11:21 AM I have bought a neuros 442. It is messed up. It takes a long time on the begginning loading screen on the 2 bars then freezes for a while. It will not respond to my computer. Oh and all my files were deleted, folders, everything was deleted. I didnt touch it and this happens. What is wrong with mine, and how do i fix it or must i fork out somemore cash for a new one because im not willing to do that for this again.[}:)]

Neuros products have a 1 year limited warranty on parts and labor, please contact support@neurosaudio.com for more details regarding this issue.
