Title: Neuros dead /no Power-on Advice Post by: sockum on September 04, 2006, 05:54:19 PM I experienced this issue and I saw a couple of posts with similar problems, so I thought I'd post what worked for me:
My original problem: My Neuros MPEG-4 Recorder that worked previously would not power-on, but it was plugged-in and the green light was showing. I changed the battery, but still the Neuros would not power-on. My solution: Changing the battery AND unplugging / replugging the Neuros. Changing the battery without also unplugging the Neuros didn't fix the problem. I've written Support, because this is the second battery I've had to use with the Neuros remote and I've only had it for 30 days (literally, I bought it 5-Aug and its now 4-Sep). For what its worth... The only solution they have is for me to send the Neuros to them for diagnosis/repair or exchange. Sigh. Anybody else experiencing similar problems may be in the same boat.
