Title: Bars scrolling from right to left. Post by: kcsport on November 07, 2006, 08:33:02 PM I just got my recorder today. When I hook it up I have a vertical bar scrolling from right to left across the screen. It is a faint black bar. The recorder it hooked in between a sat. box and tv. Without the recorder box I have no scrolling bars. Thanks for any help.

Does the bar appear when the sat box is disconnected ? Try moving the R2 and/or switching off as much as possible in the house especially wifi etc. Try a different video source, DVD player etc. Try a different TV - ask a mate to test on his system. If the problem is consistent then contact Neuros direct and request a replacement. Title: Re: Bars scrolling from right to left. Post by: budwzr on November 08, 2006, 09:14:32 AM Try setting the recorder to NTSC instead of Pal, or Pal instead of NTSC whatever the case may be. Also, try hooking the video to the composite "tv out". If it still happens, then it's a problem with the recorder.
Could be a bad power supply too, you can buy a universal from Radio Shack and try it, then return it. Bud |
