I recently upgraded from Windows ME to XP.  As a result I reloaded all software including NSM but now I'm experiencing a problem that's new to me and exclusive to the NSM software.  When using the internet various sites automatically lauch the auto installation for NSM.  

How do I go about fixing or disabling the auto install?

When trying to turn on my Neuros I'm getting an, "Unable To Mount Hard Drive, Entering Diagnostics" error.  Can anyone provide guidance? [Sad]
