I am having the same problem with this currently, is there any way to fix this by hand? If i put it in loosely I get fairly ok sound but if I put it in all the way I only get sound out of the left ear unless I twist it around for a while and push it around till the contacts work correctly. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
