I'm a proud owner of a 30 GB Neuros Digital Audio Computer - maybe the only one living in Russia. That means that I can't get a true customer support here. Last month I had troubles with my Neuros - it freezes, didn't synchronizes with my pc and so on. I wrote to customer support servic#1091; and got an advice the same I could find in the opertating instructions book if I'd be more clever. It worked, but two days later Neuros became to write on display ERROR number of which I forgot. I wrote again from my office e-mail but didn't got any responce. So later it began work much better - it played, synchronized with pc and did what it had to do. But yesterday when I tried to connect it to my notebook it blinked with it's display twice and then immediately switched off. Since that it do not respond to buttons. When I plug in a power adaptor the little lamp in the backpack blinks but nothing else happens. So my question is - what had happened and what can I do with it?
