This is my fourth MP3 player and I have never had this problem.  Finally got all my music onto Neuros thru Sync Manager and now every album is set up to play the tracks in alphabetical order instead of track order.

WTF??!!

I can't find an easy answer anywhere.  Looked at alternative programs to use instead of Sync Manager and frankly, I'm just not savvy enough to try to use them.  As a matter of fact I don't think I should have to be.  This is such B.S.!!!   Does anyone know an EASY way to fix this problem?  If it involves writing code or changing registry keys just keep it to yourself.  I'll just throw this bleeping thing out the window.  What a rip-off...

I am also unable to get the serial number.  I downloaded the NSM and then the update as no software shipped with my player.  What to do now?
