im from spain and i own a zolid 920, that is just the same as your neuros 420. i did not get the oportunity to buy one of yours because ive just not found were to buy it.
the thing is the firmware version i had was 1.3.5 and i updated it to your 2.00 and it works just fine, except for no real changes noticed. just that when i boot up it says i own a neuros except a zolid.
does anyone know if there are more firmware releases coming?although i know i shouldent have the privilege because technically im not a neuros owner.

thanks, ive just updatedf the firmware and now when i boot up it actualy says neuros 442 instead of zolid. but i cant see any differences with the software i had before. it all keeps being the same, all the menus and all the options. does anyone know what the changes are?

ive just got hold of a zolid 920 bought in an aldi and it seems to me that its the same as your neorus 420. so here is the thing:
first, were the hell can i find a decent firmware update. because the last thing ive found on the net is from december 2005.
 second, i also read somewere on this forum that you can change your neorus for a better one, with a hardware upgrade and so on. mine is exactly the same. with a 40 gb hard disk. and firmware version 1.3.5., so could i also upgrade mine?
 one last thing, have any of you had any problems with your neorus, i mean faulty parts, or problems with the hard drive? also any tips you could give me would be cool.

   im from spain and i also bought the same product as you did, the only thing is that mine is cald zolid 920. its taken me lots of time to get hold of it because here its difficult to find these products. would there be any way to change it for one of the upgraded ones? in the end the product is exactly the same just a different name. and ive got absolutely everything, from the box to the original wrapping.
   or at least could they not shut down those who would continue with the older version and continue creating firmware for the v1.
       congratulations for the forum, its grate. i wish i had things like this at home.
