Hi all, I have been greatly enjoying my Neuros II up until a few days ago, when it stopped shutting down when I held the play/pause button. It shows the screen saying "Shutting down..." and the hard drive spins up but then it just hangs. It will do this until the battery dies or until I remove the backpack from the player.
