16  Neuros OSD / Neuros OSD - I need help! / Re: Arg.....OSD keeps rebooting on: October 27, 2006, 04:51:30 AM
Sorry, just to check. You mean:
1. Your OSD is runing 3.20-0.20 version and you can read the version number from GUI on TV?
2. OSD can boot up normally, but always  reboot when displaying 'Loading mpeg_g7xx codec' every time?
3. OSD reboot even if you do nothing?

Thanks

No, it is not one USB interface, it is 14-dip JATG interface.

At present, you can't exit via keyboard.
It seems your remote controller can't work completely. Didn't the LED flicker when press LEFT button? It look like the battery didn't be mounted in remote controller. Smiley

26  Neuros OSD / Neuros OSD - Feedback & Discussion / OSD remote controller maybe need reset on: September 27, 2006, 02:14:31 AM
If your Gamma OSD Remote Controller can't work. Please do as following.
First, reprogram the Remote Controller, follow the steps:
Step1: Please check battery has been placed in your Remote Controller correctly. This can be sure per LED flicker when press buttons.
Step2: Holding the Remote Controller 'set' button and press 'NTSC/PAL' button, you can see the LED light red.
Step3: Entering the number 0 and 6 and 4
After step1 and step2, Remote Controller finished reprogram. And at this time, Remote Control should can work.

If after step1 and step2, Remote Controller still can't work. So OSD Remote control HW might need a reset. To do so, please follow these steps,
Step4:  Disconnect OSD power;
Step5: Open OSD housing;
Step6:  Remove the on-board battery (or just put a piece of paper between the lever and the battery)
Step7:  Plug in OSD power; 5. Install back the battery (or just pull off the paper).
Step8:  Disconnect OSD power and put back the housing.
