Nevermind! I found out I downloaded the oldest firmware. I did not bother to read that the newest firmware was at the bottom.

Hi I just recently recieved the recorder 2 plus two days ago.  Today I foolishly updated the neuros recorder 2 plus with firmware for the neuros recorder 2.  I did not notice the change until I found out it could not detect my SD cards.  I do not know what to do now.  I tried reset to factory settings but that does not work. Where can I find the original firmware?
