Upgrade from 40 GB to 100GB Model

I have been waiting patiently for the anouncement to be sent to me via E-mail to upgrade to the new unit. I now find out that a new system was adopted that dumped all old users addresses and presumably the anouncement if it has already occurred missed those people who were deleted from the database and not notified that this would happen. First has the announcement been made? Secondly, when is the deadline for upgrading? I can find no references on the site for any timeline or discussion about this subject. Am I too late?
