Video Bitrates for PVR Function

Does anyone know what the bitrates are for the various quality levels of the PVR function??

QVGA
V Quality
    High
    Med
    Low
A Quality
    High
    Med
    Low

I am not as interested in the info for HVGA but if someone wants to fill in the blanks, great:

HVGA
V Quality
    High
    Med
    Low
A Quality
    High
    Med
    Low

You can find this info on the manual http://neurostechnology.com/pdf/NEUROS442%20User%20Manual.pdf (p 23 and 24). I filled out the blanks
