Interesting that you got a Recorder with SCART connections.
For Neuros, is this a new addition???
There are alot of known compatiblity issues with using a SCART cable amongst different manufactured electronics.
The spec for this type of connection has not really been formalized amongst manufacturers.
I suspect you have discovered this with unit.
I am sure a Neuros support member will comment.
I would try getting the normal RCA type cables and trying it.

Green power light shows.
Remote is working OK as I get the red light when I press record button. Recordings show up as blank when viewed on my PSP but something is being recorded.
Have satellite box and DVD Recorder and have tried various connection possibilities but thought safest thing was to disconnect everything and just try to get recorder2 working before connecting to too many other things!
Made sure I have selected the relevant channel on the TV (that the AV out cable is plugged into on the back of the TV set). Then put the AV in cable into the socket on my satellite box where I had my DVD recorder plugged into - marked VCR SCART. (Other scart socket labelled TV SCART goes straight into TV!)
The instructions talk about the RCA cables but mine was shipped with scart ends but I didn't think that this would be an issue.
Could the cables be faulty and can I get replacements easily?
Does anyone have any other suggestions where I might be going wrong?
Thanks for help, in advance.
