Yep, we all know what POS stands for.  That's how I feel about my 80 gig model and the support I've gotten from Neuros.  My first one made it less then a month, died while charging from the AC charger.  The second one now out of warrenty has less then 20 hours of use on it and died the same way except while using the DC car charger.  It blew the fuse on the car charger and everything else inside the unit (the HD, the ciruit board, etc).  What's worse is Neuros Support can't even explain to me why this happended!!!  I know its out of warrenty but I really don't feel I've gotten my $370 worth from this product and Neuros' only suggestion to me is "Here's a link, go a buy a new one at FULL price".  Go fu*k yourself Neuros, I'll never buy your products again and I'll make sure if anyone I know think about buying one they will here my story.
