Hi All,

I bought Commodore PMC30.
I think it is the same product with 442.
I am trying to convert AVI file to MPEG4 with the software provided with the product (Ulead Video Toolbox 2.0 software)
There is no voice when I play that MPEG4 file.
But it is playing both video and sound on the PC (Windows media player)
Can you pls give me a hand if possible.
