I have a bunch of iso files(Used Nero 6 to create from dvd's) on my pc that I want to load to my video ipod. Is that possible using the recorder 2?

No, I do not think you can. With the vobs you need to transcode them to a file format you want to use.. Ie. Avi, mpg4,wm, mpeg 1, etc.. The recorder2 only makes whatever line in video/audio to psp or ipod format. It is not a tranbscoder like pspvideo 9 or super.. or 3gp.
It is just like a vcr.. for our psp and vid ipod.

You would need to burn the ISO files to a blsnk DVD that you could then play in your DVD player.
then Connect the DVD player to the R2
