Important: Remember to keep your packaging in case you want to return the product. To receive the free Neuros MPEG-4 Recorder or the $70 mail-in rebate, you will need to: Fill out our online survey for the Neuros 442 and choose between the free Recorder or the $70 mail-in rebate. A link to the survey will be placed on this page and the www.neurostechnology.com home page two weeks from the day of the woot launch (Note: the two-week delay is to ensure that everyone has time to familiarize themselves with the 442 before providing their feedback). Print a confirmation page after completion of the survey.
