For any questions or concerns about your order, please check this Order Support section first. If the answer is not there, please e-mail us at support@neurosaudio.com anytime or call toll-free 866-5-NEUROS (866-563-8767) between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday. We value your input so do not hesitate to contact us for any reason.

Order Status or Changes

You can check your order status by clicking on the Order Status link in the top right hand corner of the page.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please e-mail us at support@neurosaudio.com or call toll-free 866-5-NEUROS between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday.

Tracking Your Package

We will provide you with a tracking number the day your order ships:

You will receive an automatic email from UPS when your package ships that will include the tracking number.

Shipping Rates

We offer three levels of service at the following rates:

Ground within 3-7 business days ($5.95)
2Day Air within 2 business days by 4:30 pm ($14.95)
Overnight next business day ($29.95)

Please add 1 business day for order processing. For example, if you order on Monday and select 2Day Air service, it will be shipped on Tuesday and arrive to you on Thursday.

We currently ship to all 50 states in the US.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Neuros or Neuros HD, you can return it for any reason within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price.

This only applies to purchases made through NeurosAudio.com.
