  1. Install the software first. After you complete tasks 1-4, you can then connect your Neuros Digital Audio Computer to your PC, and complete tasks 5 and 6 to install the drivers that make Neuros work with your PC.
  2. The CD should ask you if you’d like to install the Neuros Synchronization Manager automatically when you insert the CD. Answer “Yes” when this dialog is displayed. If you do not see this dialog you can start the installation manually from the start menu, by selecting “run” and type in your CD drive and “setup.exe”.
  3. The Installation Wizard will first install various components on your computer. This process may take several minutes. You will see a dialog similar to the following:

  4. Follow the directions for the Neuros Synchronization Manager Installation wizard.
  5. When the installation is complete connect your Neuros to your PC with your USB cable. Your computer will detect new hardware. Follow the direction on the new hardware wizard. You will be asked to help locate the files for the driver. Select the “Specify a location” option and browse to point to the “Win98” directory on your CD drive. Then follow the prompts to install the drivers.

  6. Click OK to the file names that appear. Three similar wizards will appear as the drivers are found and installed.

You are ready to start loading music! Click on the Neuros Synchronization icon in the desktop menu to launch the application. Consult your manual or onscreen help to learn more.
