If you haven't gotten it by now, I would assume that something went wrong. It seems that the checks went out first and then the recorders. I've had my recorder for weeks now.

Well, a few things:
Anybody who mailed a proof that they completed the survey: the confirmation page, the right address, woot number and the bar code (NOT A PHOTOCOPY) will get their rebate or recorder.
As you imagine, some forgot to indicate their choice of recorder or rebate, forgot the Zip code, sent a photocopy of the bar code instead of the original bar code from the packaging, wrong Woot confirmation number, etc... These cases have do be dealt with individually, thus some delay.
