Just purchased this for my son and have connected up to our TV and Sat box. I can access all the menus apart from the record menu. So when i press return with the video icon selected, neuros2 jumps to a full TV screen and some info in white text. As i understand it pressing return should take me to the Record menu. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Try following the steps in this --even though it's a how-to for getting video from the recorder to an ipod, the first parts of it should help you out (I hope).

Guyguy,
When you scroll across the menu screen to video, this is a preview screen. Pressing enter will take you to a full screen preview.
Press the red record button on the remote. You should see a red circle on the preview screen indicating it is recording.
White text and a white volume bar appears.

It is this screen that you can select your video image quality too.
