I went to the website listed on the 442 for DivX (www.divx.com/vod) to see what the vod could do for me. When they asked me for the device to register the Neuros wasn't there as an option. Any suggestions? |

We've just discovered this problem, and are working with our firmware contacts to get the device to generate the right number. Our apologies. Make sure you are on the mailing list for firmware and software updates at lists.neurosaudio.com.

somehas has to contact the divx people to get the neuros player added to the list of devices you can choose.
also, maybe im looking in the wrong places...but divx on demand has the worst and smallest collection of movies ever offered!?
When I was a kid my mom used to tell me that curiosity killed the cat...What she forgot to tell me was that it also discovered the cat, invented the lightbulb, and forged the Neuros |

There's a little more to it than that, the OEM has to re-program the code. But we're getting to the bottom of it, I just got an email today, and should be fixed soon.

I agree with derek - bad selection. I'd rather record infomercials and watch them.
You may want to bypass the divx vod stuff and check out the internet archive. They have a number of full-length feature films that have gone into the public domain. I noticed that "carnival of souls" was on both sites -- there are a number of films there, some are pretty good, and ones that I had seen before.

GXP9XMMY will work for the time being. I'm guessing that new firmware will display the correct number in the future.
Again, our apologies for this bug.
