My 442 will no longer display photos (JPGs) from my 3.2 MP camera. In fact, it freezes up when I try to open them and I have to reset.

It used to display them just fine. Is it possible the firmware upgrade is responsible? Anyone else having this problem?

Do you still have this issue? Is it only for folders you had on the unit before the upgrade or it is happening for folders you added after you upgraded the 442?

Before I upgraded, I had some photos on there, one folder deep. Attempting to view those photos would cause the device to freeze, so I removed them. Within that same folder were other folders containing images that I can view just fine (both before and since the upgrade). They are JPGs, but they are not images from my digital camera.

I'm having the same problems with the whole photo directory freezing up. It makes me so mad, because now, I can't even look at any photos!
It used to happen on and off, but now it is all the time. This really needs to be fixed!!
P.S. I have upgraded to the new firmware version.

After the firmware upgrade, I was able to view an existing directory of photos from my camera once; thereafter it also freezes and requires a reset.

The freezing issue should be fixed with the newest firmware update (2.0.0). Please download the update from this site and install it. If you have any more problems please contact Support@neurostechnology.com.
