I have bought a neuros 442. It is messed up. It takes a long time on the begginning loading screen on the 2 bars then freezes for a while. It will not respond to my computer. Oh and all my files were deleted, folders, everything was deleted. I didnt touch it and this happens. What is wrong with mine, and how do i fix it or must i fork out somemore cash for a new one because im not willing to do that for this again.

Did you purchase this unit from an authorized Neuros reseller? If so, when did you purchase this particular 442 unit? Neuros products have a 1 year limited warranty on parts and labor, please contact support@neurosaudio.com for more details regarding this issue.
