My 442 won't connect to my computer. Each time I tried to connect it, it doesnt nothing, and then when I take the USB out, the 442 freezes. I don't know what's the problem, or what could it be. Also now, when I turn it on, it take a while to load up fully, and it beeps two times. Before it never beeped. What do these beeps means and how do i get rid of it, and connect it to my pc?

Did it happen after your transferred files between your PC and the 442? If that is the case, you might have removed the USB before the file transfer was over and you might have some corrupted files on your 442. If that is not the case, call our support team 1 866 5 NEUROS

No I didn't remove it during a tranfer. I froze on day while i was playing music, I pressed the reset button. After that I had problems. I kept fooling around with it, and notice the battery was getting low. So, I charged it, and surprisingly it works, while the adapter was still in there. I thought all was fixed and took it off the adapter and tried to start it up, and it did the same thing. It works with the adapter but without it, it doesnt. Very weird.

If it works on the AC adapter but not on battery power the problem is very likely with the battery itself or battery supply circuit.
I have run across other failed devices (NOT THE 442) that would incorrectly show a good battery charge when the battery was actually low.
