USB imaging device

I am trying to find a video display that will be compatible with a small imaging device that attaches via a USB connector.

I know that the Neuros 422 has a small USB connector, but is this only for data transfer, or will it recognize USB devices such as a webcam, or more importantly the type of unit linked above?  I am strapped for space, and don't want to buy a small laptop to connect this earscope to.

I never had a 442, but I seem to remember the USB port did not have Host capabilities.
