I have a Recorder 2 and Recorder 2+ that both went belly up after about a year. One operates intermittently and the other does not power up at all. Neuros told me basically "tough luck". Does anyone know where I might send these for repair? Thanks in advance - Will

If Neuros told you "Tough Luck" then odds are there are no spare parts left...

I'll nudge around a bit and see what I can find, though.
