Correct Compact flash

What are the newest compact flash cards that work with Neuros Mpeg4 recorder?

I don't want to go out and get one only to find out it won't work.

I'm currently using a memory stick, and it won't allow firmware update.

Ok, went out and bought a compact flash so I could upload latest firmware.  It didn't work, I think it was too fast for the job.  Got my money back.  I have a feeling you need an old fasioned slow speed flash card, for the upload to work.

Then I took my memory stick to a gaming place, and the guy formated it with a psp.  

After the second try, the psp fomated memory stick did the upload.

Hope this helps those with the need to upload latest firmware.

Love the autorecord, the new firmware allows, it doesn't shut down like before.

Also, I think the memory stick boots up quite a bit faster than the compact flash did.
