So I am still using the last Torfu with decent results for recording and playback. I never went to Arizona as people were complaining about recording being affected etc... but I notice that OSDng is now the defacto firmware.  I haven't followed the discussions since it first came out so I was wondering how it is working? Are people happy with the results?

I originally had problems recording with OSDng, but I enabled the swap space and gave it 16MB of space and I was able to test record for 30 minutes without any issues. So as far as I'm concerned, it's worth upgrading to OSDng.

Youtube still broken. I've tried to fix it, but while my fix works on a PC, it crashes on the OSD. Think the lack of memory on OSD is the problem, so need work harder.

Swap space had occurred to me as well, since the problem I was getting (it going to "Starting Application/Please Wait" then just crashing [returning to the menu with no message or anything]) was consistent with a program dying for lack of memory.

I added 100M of swap, but results were unchanged.
