To cut a MP4 file (remove advertising) without problems, what program should use.

Per tagliare un file MP4 (togliere la pubblicità)  senza avere problemi, quale programma bisogna usare.

I've been quite happy with MPEG Streamclip (google for it).

Full disclosure: Yes, it is true that if you take an MP4 produced (i.e, recorded) on the OSD, run it through MPEG Streamclip, then play it back on the OSD, there may be some A/V mis-sync.  However, when I play it back on my computer (using VLC), there is no problem.
