I ordered a unit months ago and I have not received anything still.  I have sent emails and posted on this forum and no response.  What is going on with you all and why do you have my money and I have no unit?!?

If your unit has not shipped:

1) We don't have your money.  No cards are ever charged until the unit is ready to go out the door.
2) Most likely your order was canceled and you missed the e-mail.  We are no longer doing our own manufacturing or sales, but are in the process of transitioning to focus on our design and R&D as a contract design firm.
