Eject the backpack

Hello -- I have not separated the 40g backpack from my neuros for some time now.  I when to the manual to review how to do this  -- The manual states --

To release the main unit (silver) from the backpack (black), press and hold the backpack release lever
(to the left of the power connector) with a finger from one hand. With the other hand, press down
from the top of the main unit to remove the main unit.

Sorry if I am missing something here, but is the a photo on how to do this. It not clear to me what the "other" hand is to do.  Do I need to  wedge a coin is the space be the edge
where the microphone is and the backpack and twist to move / push the unit out of the backpack slot / doc?

You can use a coin (I recommend a quarter) if the pressure from your fingers alone is insufficient.

Thanks for the info ... I could not move it with my hand ... I think its the arthritis, so I use a small screwdriver by the microphone and
that worked -- Thanks for the help
