Not sure anyone can help me here but I have a 442 that has had an inoperable Menu button from the day I got it (purchased in 2005 from Woot).  At the time, I asked Neuros for either a replacement unit or to repair the existing unit but after finding out that I would have to pay for shipping and labor on the repair, I decided this was just throwing good money after bad and forgot about it.  I took the unit apart and was unable to get the "button" where the Menu contact is to work telling me I probably have an issue with a circuit board connection vs. merely a hardware connection that would be easier to fix.  Well, this has left me with a unit that can be operated but no Menu button which means I am limited to taping 30 minutes of a program at a time for example since I can't change that setting.  Anyone know how to get around this and any other limitations this lack of button capability has resulted in?  I've seen various postings around button issues - anyone had this one and if so, how did you deal with it?  Anyone send back to Neuros and how much did it ultimately cost for a repair?  Thanks in advance for any advice.

You can always send it in for repairs, it wont be that much, if anything.  Just contact support@neurosaudio.com and just send a email with the problem, your online receipt and we can get a repair process started.
