Hi Joe,

I returned my 442, under the terms available to Woot gamma purchasers, to NeurosAudio on January 13 and delivery was confirmed shortly thereafter.  I have yet to receive my refund.  I received an email response 2 and a half weeks ago that the check had already been sent and that mail can take several weeks.  I asked what date it was sent and from where and have not received any answer.  I am not comfortable with this situation as the information I received is not credible.  What can you do to assist me in obtaining my promised refund?  My RMA # is 522.

Update:

Customer service will void the original check sent and send out a replacement.  Let's wait and see.

Hi Joe,

It's been another 2 weeks since I was promised my refund for the return of my 442 and guess what - still no $300 check.

As you recall, I returned my 442 January 13th and I have a receipt of your firm accepting the return made under an

RMA.

It doesn't look like your organization has been truthful to me.  When was this "replacement" check mailed to me?

I recently also purchased an OSD but I don't think that I can ever purchase another item from you after this sour taste in

my mouth from this "runaround" I've received from your staff.  Please contact me at els999@yahoo.com and let me

know the truth about when I will receive the oft-promised refund.

Yes thanks - finally received today.  Was told that they forgot to follow up on their response to void "original" check and replace.  Glad I reminded them.  Check received UPS.
