Any thoughts on salvaging this j*** Neruo Media Player 442  product I bought. for which Neuros don't provide support because I have bought it brand new from ebay seller.
Player is DEAD. It keeps saying Check with PC

When you get that error, it means the hard drive crashed.  You will need to replace it, and we got the perfect DIY guide:

As for the warranty, anything bought off of Ebay, its automatically voided.  Unless its a authorized seller.  Sorry you decided to go the Ebay route, we are not responsibile for what people sell on there.
