Screen upside down and back to front

Hi All

I have the commodore PMC30 which I have a problem with but I cant seem to get any help from the retailer of from the manufacturer.
When I powered on one morning the screen (the menu or video or pictures ie the outout) had turned upside down and back to front see pictures:

Anybody got an ideas as to what is wrong and how to repair it?

Never seen this kind or problem before, have you tried switching from NTSC/PAL?  I would contact Commodore and see what they have to say.
