oh, I have some very important information on this as well and would like to get that information off. Anyway of fixing the Neuros without losing my info? When I switch to "SAFE MODE" it informs me that by either formatting the Hard Disk or the NAND Disk that data on disk will be permanently lost. Please Help. Trevor

So when turning on my Neuros I've received the following message... "Initializing disk... Loading file system... Initializing disk... HDD FORMATING... THIS MAY TAKE UP TO 30 MINUTES! FATAL ERROR, failed to reformate HD!" And it won't do anything else. The only way I can get it to turn off is to reboot by pressing and holding Up button and Play button at the same time. Then, upon pressing and holding play to restart, I get the same message. Any suggestions?
