My neuros won't mount if I keep the faceplate attatched, it doesn't accept a charge if the cord isn't connected perfectly, won't transmit on a frequency even if autodetect was successful, and recently half my library mysteriously disappeared a couple days ago...do any of these problems sound normal to anyone?  any simple fixes?
